Telecommunications Consulting and Security was founded in 1993 by Dale Deason. The company was formed to provide businesses and corporation’s expertise to prevent and identify voice network and voice system penetrations by hackers.

Prior to forming Telecommunications Consulting and Security, Dale served as a consultant to AT&T on several toll fraud initiatives. He also participated in the development of AT&T's NetPROTECT Family of Services including AT&T's SDN (Software Defined Network) NetPROTECT service.  Dale also led the development and implementation of the SDN security consulting service; which was offered by AT&T to their client base.

The company has provided specialized consulting for many of AT&T's customers, whose names we can provide to you for references.  Telecommunications Consulting and Security is considered to be a leader in toll fraud prevention and detection techniques for voice networks, PBX and Voice Mail systems.

Dale has extensive background in voice telecommunications management and “hacker” detection and prevention.  Dale’s strengths include corporate network design, implementation, engineering and operations.  He has extensive experience in consulting including evaluating networks and providing project management for PBX and Voice Mail systems. 

Prior to founding Telecommunications Consulting and Security, Dale spent 30 years at Monsanto, where he spent over 15 years in the telecom area of the company.  He has served as the Chair of the AT&T SDN Technical Advisory Committee and became a Charter Member of the former AT&T SDN User's Association.  Dale has provided specialized consulting for many of AT&T's customers and is considered to be a leader in toll fraud prevention and detection techniques for voice networks, PBX and Voice Mail systems.
